Curriculum Details
Module 1: Designing Your Career
A critical workshop on being intentional about building a career you want, rather than falling into a job that's not a great fit. Determining your must-haves, dealbreakers and more.
Module 2: Craft Your Identity (+ Rewire your Resume)
How can you define your career and identity in such a way that showcases all your awesome skills, makes you feel confident about what you're applying for, and highlights all your amazing accomplishments? We'll apply these practices to your resume.
Module 3: Planting Relationship Seeds
Right now, you're the only person who is looking for a job for yourself. Learn how to tap into your current network, and build new relationships from scratch to build a small cheerleading team to bring opportunities your way.
Module 4: Tapping into the Hidden Job Market
Chances are, you've fallen into the resume black hole. You know the one, where you apply for 50 jobs on job boards, and never hear anything back? It's time to flip the script. Learn how to tap into the fabled "Hidden Job Market" and use your newly-crafted identity to present yourself to companies that haven't even listed a job yet.
Module 5: Tackling the Interview Beast
Are you the person who is terrified of the interview or the person who can't wait to for the interview? Whichever category you fall into, everyone can use improvement. Learn some of the best ways to keep your interviewer intrigued, engaged, and craving more. And then, to finish it off, a slam dunk with a killer thank you email template that will put you at the top of the pack. Once we're done that, learn to negotiate for the salary you want.
Module 6: Bonus Module - Workshop Time
This last module is a bonus module that serves as a workshop to help you overcome some of your biggest challenges. Whether you're still having difficulty crafting a great email, or if you can't quite get through the interview process, in this module we'll tackle your biggest issues. In addition, we'll supply you with some extra resources to help you along the way.
